Description and solution:

Etoile Communications is an ITSP of Geneva, Switzerland that supplies a great part of the French Africa (e.g.: Maroc, Algeria, Benin, Mali) with VoIP calls originating and ending services.

For 4 years (2003-2007), the role of the technical department was outsourced to Distinct. Our tasks included: route testing and installation, quality and quantity traffic monitoring, testing the new ATA equipment as well as server and voice switch maintenance, billing and support for clearing operations.

Another important role was the technical support for clients and resellers (many of them not being native English or French speakers).
