Description and solution:

Established in 2003, Kayote Networks is an USA telecommunications company that supplies VoIP outsourcing services to the local telephony-via-Internet suppliers (e.g.: hosted switch, billing, routing).

During the 4-year cooperation, Distinct made available simultaneously up to 5 dedicated support engineers to help Kayote resellers in technical issues via e-mail, phone and messenger. Our team also handled regular quality tests and specific parameter monitoring (ACD/ASR/other sensors).

We've proved good integration with the technical team (approx. 30 individuals) with the colleagues of Israel, Argentina and United States.

Outside the technical support services we've also worked on integration/programming projects, such as: automatic route monitoring system, IVRs and internal knowledge base system.
